The Department of Trade and Industry statistics for the ‘Environment Technologies’ business ‘sector’, projects significant growth over the next ten years. It is our view that the impending growth in housing within The Vale of Aylesbury will also influence local business activity.
Aylesbury Vale Advantage aims to promote The Vale of Aylesbury, aiding local businesses to generate their share of this projected growth. AVA will achieve this with the business support agencies within The Vale of Aylesbury / Buckinghamshire and its business relationships with The South East of England Development Agency and The Government Office of The South East of England.

It is the aim of AVA to support an ‘Environmental Technologies Business Cluster’ in The Vale. Your company's participation will help to promote the success and growth of existing businesses and to attract other ‘Environmental Technology’ companies to relocate to The Vale.
The first Environmental Technology theme meeting took place on the 7th February 2006 at The Crooked Billet Restaurant. The evening was well attended and proved a successful launch event in building an Environmental Technologies Business Cluster.
